I really appreciate the ability to have a text conversation at my convenience or when no one is able to answer the phone. Online quotes, and inspection reports with videos sent to me is very professional and ensures clear communication. I wish my truck wasn’t so expensive to repair, but am happy with the result and understand that parts aren’t cheap these days!

You all did an amazing job on two used cars I am considering helping a friend acquire. Your reports were in depth and your communication with the customers top notch and first class. When we pick which car we will Have the list of items worked on at your shop.

Very thorough exam of a Cadillac 2015 CT’s turbo I recently purchased from a dealership and Choice Auto developed a prioritized list of repairs. It was obvious the dealership had done little work to prepare for the sale. I would have never known if it had been for the care Choice Auto provided. Choice did the work timely and communicated the process/progress regularly. Very friendly, thorough, timely, professional, and convenient. P.S. They also take care of my Toyota truck! Good shop…Good folk !

Getting my car serviced is one of the last things I want to do. Choice auto made this experience something to look forward to coming back to do in the future. The prices are fair, the technicians are thorough, and the customer service is top tier. Thank you Choice for changes my outlook on what the experience should be like getting my car serviced!

I was way past due on an oil change and needed a state inspection. Choice made the process quick and seamless. Every staff member i encountered was professional and courteous. My car passed inspection but have things that will need to be addressed. They informed of the work that will need to be done but it was not a high pressure sales pitch. I highly recommend Choice Auto.
